Man kills step-daughter, sells head to herbalist son for N3,000

The suspect was said to have plotted with another associate, Lekan Lawal, to carry out the wrongdoing at Imosan town, in the Odogbolu Local Government Area of the state.
The two suspects were among the 12 suspects paraded at the order home office, Eleweran, Abeokuta, on Tuesday by the state Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Iliyasu, for different offenses, including outfitted theft, thievery and taking.
Iliyasu said Odubela, who was the pioneer of the pack, plotted with Lawal to choke Oshimodi, after which they sold her head and hands to custom executioners.
The police official said the men of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad got data about their exercises and swooped on them on Monday, November 7, 2016.
Odubela said he plotted with Lawal to murder his stepdaughter on the grounds that the 16-year-old young lady was continually taking her mom’s cash.
He said,

“The mother said we should kill her as a sacrifice for other children she had. She (Oshimodi) normally slept by the outside door. On that day, around 12 midnight, I invited Lekan Lawal, and he held the girl by the neck and strangled her while I held her legs.”

Odubela said he sold Amudat’s make a beeline for his child, Seun, a cultivator who paid him N3,000, as part installment.

Notwithstanding, Odubela’s better half, Fausat, denied requesting that her significant other slaughter her little girl.

Iliyasu said the case was still under scrutiny, while the cadaver of Amudat had been kept at the funeral home of the Ijebu Ode General Hospital.
